The Native
They’ve been here since birth or for a very long time. They know everything there is to know about the city. They’re stagnant and over the hype of city that surrounds them. They stay away from tourist spots and only go to the parks when necessary.
The Visitor
These are the tourists, the interns, and the wanderers who only look up when they walk around the city. Their mouths are wide open and their cameras always flashing. They either they love the city or they hate it but one thing is for sure they’ll be back someday.
The Dreamer
They come to New York ambitious. Hungry to explore and engage in all the opportunities that the city has to offer. They surpass the natives because of their drive. While others stay put, they move forward - networking, working round-the-clock, and barely surviving on the double-shot espresso.
The native, the visitor, the dreamer - They all make this great city run like a well-oiled machine. They, we, make New York.
Dreamers are making the rent go up
